Your future flatmate will most likely be lost in thoughts if not immersed in work and can be regularly found with a broom sweeping the floor randomly during the day. She works in a gaming company and is one of the Directors in the marketing team. She loves animals, is vegan, feeds dogs and sometimes pet sits. She’s very much into fitness and yes, will time to time try and motivate the flatmate to work out. She’s from Bombay, overbrains to death, is nihilistic & into dark humor, shares too many memes and will have a complete mental breakdown if the garbage is not discarded.

A fairly new construction, probably 4-5 years old only.
4-wheeler parking available
This is a pet-friendly apartment and neighbours are calm and non-interfering
The landlord is super chill and checks once in a year to see if I am alive
The area is a residential area and close to air force base, hence it’s very safe
Grey couch with a coffee table, a 55-inch TV, PS4 with 2018 FIFA and Battlefield and two consoles, shoe rack, a plant where some leaves were eaten by a dog and a Batman poster. Unseen in the pic is a balcony which houses a clothes stand, and a window where your flatmate stands and whistles to dogs on the roads below
Fully set-up with fridge and microwave, and overstocked usually with coffee. Attached utility that houses the washing machine, a ladder because your flatmate is short, and the source of most arguments and Anita’s brain short circuits - the garbage bins
Play cricket. Workout. Stand there to contemplate life. Middle ground to make life altering decisions.
Wardrobe, a lamp, 2 well-looked after plants, attached balcony with 1 thriving plant, unattached bathroom right next to the room, gorgeous sunlight and enviable ventilation.
There is a bed here now, and you can buy it off from the one who owns it.
A sweet cosy place to view the sunsets from, or enjoy an evening breeze in the quiet of the night.
The bathroom is decently sized, and is not attached to your room but is adjacent to it. It’s not in common view of the main entrance to the house either, and is in a nook
In here are two computer tables, and a chair, 300 books, some workout equipment, an ironing board and one Batman poster, one Bane poster, a tiger poster and a whiteboard with a to-do list that never gets done
She has motherly tendencies mixed with spawn from hell traits during the 18-25th of every month <refer below testimonial written on behalf of her ex-flatmates>
She’ll voluntarily make you coffee or tea or cook food for you
She will clean your room and fold your laundry
She will leave cute notes of encouragement, reminders or profanity depending on the situation
She has 300 books, a PS4 and great taste in music
She sleeps late and wakes up at 4 am - it’s like living with a security system
She works in Marketing, so yes, she will help package everything from drafting a message to your crush, to bettering your resume, to writing the best Tinder bio
She gives great advice <none of which she applies to herself>
Flatmate 1:
Stayed here for two years, worked really hard, got a great job in Bombay
Flatmate 2:
Moved out of her home, stayed here for 6 months, and finally against all odds, moved in in with her long time boyfriend
Flatmate 3:
Moved in here, stayed for 8 months, found love, worked hard and got promoted!
ABSOLUTE FACT THAT GOOD THINGS HAPPEN TO THOSE WHO MOVE IN!
“She’s spoilt me for life because she always kept the home clean, and pretty much took care of the house stuff. We’ve had 5789 fights about the discarding of trash, and 2-3 other arguments too, but she’s a wise one, has great life lessons to share and needs to be actively avoided between 7-15th of every month because it’s RBF period - resting bitch face due to onset of menstruation. She has her flaws, like we all do, but in the face of it all, she’s a gem and a friend for life.”
“She’s alive, I guess.”
